Texas Responds to Trump’s Deportation Plan, Offers Large Chunk of Land to Help

Donald Trump is gearing up for a second term, and his mass deportation plan has liberals in full panic mode. The president-elect has made it clear: those who entered the U.S. illegally and committed crimes are going home.

Democrats are calling it extreme, but polls suggest otherwise. A majority of Americans support cracking down on illegal immigration, especially when it comes to violent offenders.

Blue states are already digging in their heels. Democrat-run cities have vowed to resist deportations, labeling themselves “sanctuaries.” But Trump isn’t backing down. With the public on his side, he’s preparing to make good on his promise to restore order at the border and protect American communities.

From The Blaze:
While blue cities and states across America vow to protect illegal aliens from deportation in President-elect Donald Trump’s second term, Texas now stands apart, having offered a large swath of land to help facilitate such deportations.

Texas Offers Land for Deportation Hub

While liberal states throw tantrums, Texas is stepping up. Dawn Buckingham, Texas Land Commissioner, sent Trump a game-changing letter this week. She’s offering 1,400 acres in Starr County, right along the U.S.-Mexico border, to build a facility for processing and deporting illegal immigrants.

Her goal? To help Trump carry out the largest deportation of violent criminals in American history.

The land includes Fronton Island, a notorious hotspot for cartel violence and human trafficking. Texas recently bought the property, cleared it of brush, and discovered weapon caches and improvised explosives.

Since then, cartel activity in the area has dropped to zero. Buckingham says the flat land is perfect for construction, close to international airports, and ready to become a hub for deportation efforts.

Buckingham didn’t mince words. She’s 100% on board with Trump’s plan to remove criminals who have exploited the U.S. immigration system.

“We are more than happy to offer our resources,” she told Fox News. This move is just the latest example of Texas leading the charge to secure the border while blue states bicker about sanctuary policies.

A Border Wall, Weapon Caches, and Razor Wire

Texas isn’t waiting for federal approval to make changes. Along with offering land, Buckingham revealed that officials have been busy on the ground.

They’ve fortified the border by clearing Fronton Island, adding razor wire, and removing brush that cartels used for cover.

Buckingham’s letter highlighted the grim reality of what had been happening on that land. The previous owner reportedly enabled cartel members to sexually abuse migrant women and children.

Trump hasn’t officially responded to Texas’s offer, but the move aligns perfectly with his America First agenda. The plan to deport violent offenders is not just a political statement—it’s a mission to protect law-abiding citizens and end the exploitation of America’s immigration system.

The Liberal Freakout vs. Reality

As expected, liberals are losing their minds. Critics are calling the plan “inhumane” and accusing Trump of targeting vulnerable communities.

But the facts tell a different story. Trump’s deportation strategy focuses on individuals who have committed crimes in the U.S.—people who have already broken the law twice.

Polls show that most Americans support this approach. Even some independents and moderate Democrats see the logic in prioritizing public safety.

While blue states wring their hands, Texas is getting results. This isn’t about politics; it’s about doing what’s right for the country.

Key Takeaways

  • Most Americans back Trump’s plan to deport illegal immigrants who commit crimes.
  • Texas offered 1,400 acres to help Trump build a deportation hub, securing the border in the process.
  • Crime and cartel activity have plummeted in areas where Texas has fortified the border.
