On Tuesday, Joe Biden made one of his first public appearances since dropping out of the 2024 presidential race last month. It should come as no surprise that this appearance went off the rails quickly.
The mainstream media has spent years covering for Biden at every turn. Despite this, Biden has avoided speaking to the press as much as possible throughout his presidency. Many would argue that this is because his alleged handlers wanted to avoid having the world see Biden’s apparent cognitive decline.
Unfortunately for them, however, Biden’s reaction to reporters at the conclusion of this appearance indicated that he likely is not quite mentally competent. This came after Biden lectured the press about his “Investing in America” agenda during an event at the White House.

“COVID no longer controls our lives. We’ve gone from economic crisis to the strongest economy in the world, literally,” he said. “Record 16 million new jobs, record small business growth, record stock market, record high 401(k)s, wages are up, inflation is down, way down and continuing to come down, and the smallest racial wealth gap in 20 years.”After concluding his remarks with, “May God protect our troops,” reporters shouted questions at Biden for 60 seconds as he remained at the desk smiling and slowly gathering his things before he was guided out of the room.
Reporters could be heard asking about various key issues, such as establishing a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war, free IVF treatment and high grocery prices, while staffers ushered them out, saying, “Thank you, press.”
The Trump War Room described this moment best when sharing a clip of it on social media.
“Crooked Joe Biden — completely cooked — spends a full minute ignoring questions as his handlers desperately attempt to remove them from the room,” the account wrote alongside the video. “Warning: This is painful to watch.”
Remember that until just over a month ago, millions of Democrats swore this man was capable of running the country for four more years.

Biden Has Avoided The Press For Years
Throughout his time in office, Biden has avoided the press at an unprecedented level compared to other U.S. presidents. Even the super-liberal New York Times has slammed Biden for this. Back in April, the publication issued a report stating that “for anyone who understands the role of the free press in a democracy,” it should be nothing short of “troubling” that Biden has avoided the media to this degree.
Furthermore, when Biden does go before the press, he frequently behaves in a bizarre manner, much like the one exhibited in the above clip.
That being said, it should be noted that Biden’s alleged handlers have been keeping him away from the media since long before he took office. After all, Biden campaigned from a basement for much of the 2020 presidential race amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This allowed those around him to have more control over the version of Biden that the public got to see than they typically would have had the media been given full access to him.
Even after the pandemic ended, the Biden administration still worked overtime to keep Biden away from the media. They knew that the more Biden talked to the press, the more his alleged mental decline would become apparent.
In the end, Democrats simply have no shame.
