Joe Biden and his allies in the Democratic Party have ignored concerns for his health. This comes as millions question his cognitive abilities—after his alarming debate performance. Party heads and Biden’s campaign refuse to admit something is wrong. And they stand behind candidate Biden, even though he is sure to lose in November.

Many Democrats have expressed fears about the election. However, since none of them are willing to challenge Joe, he will likely remain the nominee.

But things are much worse than you might think. It appears the party is closing ranks, terrified of doing anything to hurt Biden’s already dashed chances. Fox News host Shannon Bream revealed what her show tried to do this week, and what happened exposed what’s going on behind the scenes.

Before interviewing her show guests, Bream explained on “Fox News Sunday” that her team reached out to “dozens” of Biden surrogates for an interview. However, none of them wanted to go on the record to defend Biden…

“Our team has spent days reaching out to dozens of lawmakers and Biden advocates and allies. We’ve had numerous interactions with the Biden-Harris campaign,” she explained.

“But not a single potential guest was either able or willing to join us on today’s show to defend the president and his decision to stay on the ticket,” she continued.

Shannon Bream told her audience that she contacted numerous Democrats supporting Biden. Although they spoke with dozens of Biden supporters and campaign people, none were willing to go on the record and speak for Joe on Bream’s show.

This is undoubtedly a bad sign for Democrats. Biden and others are determined to keep him on the ballot. Yet, they are not willing to defend that stance to a reporter? Why not speak with Bream for a chance to assure voters that Biden is OK? Perhaps it is because they have no real reason to keep supporting Biden, aside from the fact that he’s already the nominee?

There is nothing else that makes Biden a viable candidate. They can’t tell Bream that he’s fine; we all know that isn’t true. The White House has avoided giving Joe a cognitive exam, which only makes Americans more concerned. Biden surrogates can strut around all day saying they are backing the president. But if they can’t defend that stance for a few minutes on a cable news show… you know something is very wrong.

Democrats are circling the wagons. They know they are on a sinking ship. But they are unwilling to admit that to the public. That is pretty much how Biden’s run his entire administration. He keeps failing but refuses to admit it.
