Kamala Harris Town Hall Outed as a Sham – Every Question Was Scripted for Her

Kamala Harris’s campaign for the vice presidency has become one of the most staged, artificial political performances in recent history. We’re talking fake polls, fake interviews, fake town halls – you name it. At this point, it’s hard to figure out if anything she’s doing is even real.

Harris seems to be hiding behind pre-screened questions, avoiding genuine conversations with the public. The illusion of transparency has crumbled, and we’re left asking, “Does she actually stand for anything, or is this all just one big show?”

It’s not like this is a new pattern for Harris. Remember those awkward moments when she repeatedly avoided doing press conferences? When was the last time she faced unscripted questions from the public? In fact, she’s become known for ducking the hard stuff.

Earlier this year, Harris canceled a press conference when things got tough, leaving many wondering whether she’s worse at avoiding the press than Joe Biden! At least Biden occasionally stumbles through public appearances – Harris won’t even show up.

From Breitbart:
The host of a Harris campaign “town hall” in Pennsylvania on Monday warned the audience the event would feature “pre-determined” questions for Liz Cheney and Vice President Kamala Harris.

The acknowledgment indicates the Harris campaign is concerned about voters asking Harris questions about her record. Under the administration, costs increased by about 20 percent across the board, Russia invaded Ukraine, Hamas and Iran attacked Israel, illegal migrants invaded the southern border, and the nation suffered the deadly Afghan war withdrawal.

Pre-Determined Questions: Who’s Afraid of the Truth?

And just when you thought Harris couldn’t get more evasive, we come to this week’s “town hall” event in Pennsylvania. A town hall with pre-determined questions? Really? This is the political equivalent of playing a game and knowing all the answers in advance.

Maria Shriver, who hosted the event, made sure the audience knew upfront that the questions had been selected ahead of time, meaning there was no chance for Harris to face anything unscripted or remotely challenging.

It’s obvious Harris’ campaign is terrified of letting voters dig into her record. After all, under her and Joe Biden, we’ve seen rising costs across the board, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Hamas and Iran attacking Israel, a disaster at the southern border, and the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. That’s not exactly a glowing résumé.

And instead of facing the music, Harris chose to stage an event with softball questions that couldn’t possibly expose her weaknesses.

In an exchange with moderator Sarah Longwell, Harris was even asked a bizarrely vague question about “turning the page.” She responded by trashing her own record, distancing herself from the administration she’s part of!

She said her future wouldn’t be a “continuation of the Biden administration,” which is a pretty shocking thing to hear from someone who’s been vice president for the past three years. The real kicker? She blamed Donald Trump for dividing America like it’s still 2016, and she’s running against him directly.

Liz Cheney’s Last Stand

As if things couldn’t get weirder, Harris’ town hall event wasn’t just about her – Liz Cheney also made an appearance. The Cheney-Harris tag team is a strange sight. Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, has spent the past few years burning bridges with her own party and cozying up to Democrats.

She’s been on a mission to convince Republicans not to vote for Donald Trump, all while blasting him for being “anti-democracy” and full of “vitriol.”

What’s interesting here is that Cheney’s latest push comes at a time when her own credibility is shot. She helped lead the highly partisan January 6 committee, worked closely with Democrats, and even begged for Democrat votes in her own reelection campaign in 2022, which – unsurprisingly – she lost.

Her financial rise while in office hasn’t gone unnoticed either. Cheney’s net worth ballooned from $7 million to over $44 million in just a few years.

During the town hall, Cheney tried to hit the usual anti-Trump talking points, calling for unity and rejecting “cruelty” and “misogyny,” but the timing couldn’t have been worse. Just hours earlier, a Washington Post poll revealed that Trump would actually do a better job defending democracy than Harris in key swing states. Ouch.

The Bigger Picture: Voters See Through It

Harris’ campaign strategy is becoming painfully transparent, and not in a good way. With fake town halls, pre-determined questions, and the avoidance of real public scrutiny, it’s clear she’s more concerned about protecting her image than answering to the people. Voters aren’t stupid, and they see through the carefully scripted performances.

The Cheney-Harris partnership might be a desperate attempt to woo anti-Trump Republicans, but if the polls are any indication, it’s not working. Trump still dominates the political landscape, and Harris’ evasiveness only adds fuel to the fire.

If she continues to duck tough questions and lean on fake events, it won’t just be the Republican base that questions her credibility. Independents and even moderate Democrats are likely to turn away, fed up with the smoke and mirrors.

Key Takeaways:

  • Kamala Harris’ campaign is filled with staged events, including pre-determined questions at town halls.
  • Harris continues to avoid public scrutiny, refusing real press conferences and unscripted public events.
  • The Harris-Cheney alliance isn’t convincing voters, with polls showing Trump as a stronger defender of democracy than Harris.
