Politicians are like magicians who occasionally fumble their sleight of hand, revealing the trick everyone suspected but couldn’t quite prove. In those unguarded moments, when the teleprompter goes blank or the prepared remarks run out, we glimpse the genuine thoughts behind the polished facade.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas has become quite the prolific fumbler lately. The Democratic congresswoman who only weeks ago referred to Texas Governor Greg Abbott as “Hot Wheels” (a cruel reference to his wheelchair use) and flatly refused to apologize has been on quite the roll. Just yesterday, she called our sitting President a “mofo” in a social media rant, claiming some voters “disqualified” Vice President Harris “simply due to her race & or sex.”
If you’re wondering why you should care about another attention-seeking politician’s outbursts, just wait. There’s a reason President Trump recently said that if Crockett represents “the new star” of the Democratic Party, they’re in “serious trouble.”
During a speech at Grace Baptist Church in Connecticut, where attendees reportedly paid $75 to hear her wisdom, Crockett revealed exactly how Democrats view illegal immigrants – and it’s worse than you thought.
From Breitbart:
“I had to go around the country and educate people about what immigrants do for this country, or the fact that we are a country of immigrants,” Crockett said in the video shared by Rugg. “The fact is, ain’t none of y’all trying to go and farm right now………we done picking cotton. We are. You can’t pay us enough to find a plantation.”
Let that sink in. A sitting U.S. congresswoman just suggested that we need illegal immigrants because black Americans are “done picking cotton.” If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention.
The implications are stunning. As one social media user correctly pointed out, “So she’s advocating for illegal immigrants for slave labor?” Another observed, “The Democrats WANT a slave class.” Let’s be painfully clear: Crockett’s statement reveals the Democratic view of illegal immigrants as exploitable labor to replace the slaves they once depended on.
And where is the media outrage? Can you imagine if a Republican congressman had made a similar statement? They’d be forced to resign before sundown, with wall-to-wall coverage demanding their political head. But for a Democratic “rising star,” it’s just another Tuesday.
This isn’t an isolated incident. This is a pattern that reveals the Democratic Party’s true attitude toward both minorities and illegal immigrants. They’re not viewed as people deserving dignity and legal pathways – they’re viewed as political pawns and cheap labor.
I’m disgusted. You should be too. Crockett’s bizarre rant exposes the ugly truth that Democrats don’t want to solve immigration problems – they want to exploit them. They’ve moved from plantation owners to vote farmers, with illegal immigrants as their new crop.
Even more infuriating is that Crockett delivered this offensive statement in a church, a place that should be dedicated to recognizing the divine worth of every human being. Instead, she used it as a platform to reduce immigrants to mere field hands.
This is who they are, Americans. The mask slipped, and we all saw what’s underneath. We saw a party that views certain groups as nothing more than labor and votes. We saw the ugly truth about why they fight border security at every turn. They’re not compassionate – they’re calculating.
There’s no place in our nation’s leadership for someone with Crockett’s mindset. Her constituents should vote her out at the earliest opportunity, and Democratic leadership should condemn her remarks. But don’t hold your breath waiting for either.
Remember this moment next time someone calls Republicans anti-immigrant. We’re not against immigration – we’re against exploitation. And it’s increasingly clear which party actually views immigrants as expendable workers rather than future Americans deserving of dignity and respect.
I’ve never been more certain that we’re on the right side of history, and Rep. Crockett just confirmed why.
