Bill and Hillary Clinton’s worst nightmare came true last month when Donald Trump won the presidential election. Despite all that the Clintons have done to destroy him, Trump will be heading back to the White House in January.

Now that the Clintons are finally starting to accept that Trump will be serving a second term, they’ve gone into panic mode. The last thing that they want is for Trump to be able to expose some of the potentially illegal things that Hillary, in particular, may have done over the years.

Their desperation was on full display on Wednesday when Bill went on the ABC talk show The View. There, he was asked if Joe Biden should preemptively pardon Hillary before leaving office. Bill’s answer indicates that the Clintons truly are shaking in their boots right now.

Clinton said, “They’ve got a problem with her because first, she didn’t do anything wrong. Second, she followed the rules exactly as they were written. Third, Trump’s State Department — Trump’s State Department — found — remember how the emails were such a big issue in 2016? Trump’s State Department found that Hillary sent and received exactly zero classified emails on her personal device. It was a made-up phony story.”

He added, “So, you know, I guess if Kash Patel is determined to make one up, he could do it, but I think if President Biden wanted to talk to me about that, I will talk to him about it, but I don’t think I should be giving public advice on the pardon power. I think it’s too — it’s a very personal thing, but it is — I hope he won’t do that, Trump, you know. Most of us get out of this world ahead of where we’d get if all we got was simple justice. And so it’s normally a fool’s ear and to spend a lot of time trying to get even.”

Even the radically liberal Joy Behar, an obsessive fan of Hillary’s, couldn’t help but push back on this.

“But if he pardons them that sort of implies they did something wrong when they didn’t,” Behar said.

Great point, Joy! However, that wasn’t enough to stop Bill.

“Not necessarily,” he fired back in response.

While we obviously agree with nothing Bill said in the above clip, we can see why he thought it was worth a shot to effectively beg Biden to pardon Hillary. After all, Biden just pardoned his own son Hunter despite promising for years that he would never do so. Indeed, Biden’s pardon for Hunter outrageously absolves him of guilt in any crime he even possibly committed over the past ten years.

Hillary would undoubtedly kill for a pardon like that one.

Biden’s apparent cognitive decline, combined with his clear willingness to hand out pardons left and right on his way out the door, likely has led the Clintons to think that they might actually have a chance in getting the lame-duck president to do their bidding one more time.

Many would argue that the Clintons have gotten away with countless crimes for decades. Assuming Biden doesn’t pardon them, here’s hoping that Trump goes after the Clintons with everything he has.
