This week we learned about how liberal newsman Keith Olbermann “hoped” Donald Trump would be assassinated like President Lincoln. The Democrat, known for his wild statements, retracted that post. He instead said he hopes Trump “dies in prison.”
Hatred for Donald Trump seems to only be growing among Democrats. This kind of reckless rhetoric was once only common among extremists.
But now, it seems even “mainstream” Democrats are spewing unthinkable comments about the former president. Recently, failed Senate candidate Katie Porter discussed her primary loss. She proved she, like Olbermann, has Trump on the brain. And this was her bizarre prediction about the Republican.

Speaking on her failed campaign and the Democrat Party in general, Porter told Pod Save America, “I think that the specter of Donald Trump looms large and I absolutely feel that and so people were like, we gotta think — every decision has to be made in tension with Trump.”“Soon Trump will lose, or go to prison, or, I don’t know, have a heart attack. I’m not sure, I don’t know what his demise is gonna be, but he’ll have his demise. And the question will still be there, who are we as Democrats?”
Rep. Porter appeared to blame Trump for her primary loss. She oddly claimed that Trump’s “specter” “looms” over the decisions Democrats make. Porter seemed to be confessing that Democrats don’t think about what’s best for Americans, but how they can counter Donald Trump.
She went on to seemingly fantasize about the day Trump is no longer a problem for Democrats. The liberal predicted he would soon have his “demise” in the form of losing the election, going to prison, or dying of a heart attack.
Are we not supposed to assume Democrats have an unhealthy obsession with the man? Porter appears to think everything revolves around Trump. And only after he’s gone, can Democrats do what they want to do.
Perhaps Trump supporters will take this as a sign that he is the only thing standing in the way of Democrats. But it is disturbing to hear a congresswoman appear to wish a former president would have a heart attack.
Had a Republican said this about Joe Biden, Democrats would already demand their resignation. Yet this is just another podcast for liberals—who have long gone off the deep end in their comments about Trump.
