After Biden Hits Ally Nation with 1 Awful Insult – Their Leader Fires Back with Brutal Rebuke

Joe Biden is often slammed for his creative re-writing of his personal history. Fact-checkers have often called him out for “misremembering” details. Sometimes, he appears to be flat-out lying about himself or his family.

In the past, he seemed to have been able to get away with this. But these days, Biden is frequently knocked for his inaccurate statements.

And, boy is he in hot water right now. He recently claimed his uncle was shot down during WWII. But American forces never found his body, because “cannibals” living in New Guinea supposedly ate his uncle. Now, the prime minister of the nation has something to say about that.

From Breitbart:
Biden’s comments offended a key strategic ally as China moves to increase its influence and build alliances in the keenly contested region.

“President Biden’s remarks may have been a slip of the tongue; however, my country does not deserve to be labeled as such,” [Prime Minister James] Marape said in a statement issued to the Associated Press…

Marape said in a statement Biden “appeared to imply his uncle was eaten by cannibals.”

The prime minister of Papua New Guinea criticized President Biden after he made comments about his uncle. Biden’s uncle, Ambrose J. Finnegan, was on a plane that was shot down on the Melanesia island chain that is now Papua New Guinea.

Biden went on to say, “They never found the body because there used to be — there were a lot of cannibals for real in that part of New Guinea.” Papua New Guinea’s leader, Prime Minister Marape, issued a statement rebuking Biden’s unkind comments.

For such a “caring” and “considerate” man as Biden to say something like that is no doubt shocking to many Americans. And it comes at a time when the United States needs to be on good terms with the nation. China is building up forces in the region. The U.S. will need to work closely with PNG if it hopes to repel China’s aggression.

But this isn’t even the first time Biden insulted the nation. He was supposed to visit the country in 2023—the first time a president visited the nation. The entire country prepared, increasing security and advertising across the nation. Yet at the last minute, Biden canceled the trip, disappointing the country’s 10 million residents.

Now, Biden has suggested their ancestors were cannibals, in a racially insensitive comment. Had Donald Trump said this, the liberal media would have gone on a rampage against him. But the press seems to be sweeping this under the carpet to protect Joe, even as he deeply offended an entire nation.

Key Takeaways:

  • Joe Biden implied that the natives of Papua New Guinea were cannibals.
  • He claimed his uncle was never found because he was eaten by natives.
  • The prime minister of the country called out Biden’s insulting comment.
