In the past, people turned to faith during hard times. But a godless public school system and immoral media have turned millions of Americans from the true source of hope and peace of mind. So, what are they going to turn to instead? A cheap counterfeit. But… not as cheap as you’d think. Because last year, Americans shelled out billions on it.

A report from MJBizDaily showed Americans spent roughly $30 billion on legal marijuana in 2022 while only spending around $20 billion on chocolate.

The report classifies legal weed as a “feel-good” product, not a necessity like bread or milk. This seems to suggest that Americans are relying on marijuana to help them through the hard times, over chocolate or beer.
Well, all three have chemicals in them that affect the brain. But only marijuana has been shown to create psychotic episodes that lead to violence and death. The marijuana lobbyists have done a good job of whitewashing the addictive substance, so most Americans don’t understand the dangers.
But it’s a sad commentary on the decline of our culture. A nation that once dominated the world in nearly every area of life now can’t even get off the couch. It needs legal weed to “feel good,” instead finding strength in faith, family, and good, honest hard work.
And that’s what Democrats want, after all. They are pushing to legalize weed because it hamstrings society. It turns able-bodied adults into doped-up babies. That makes it pretty easy for people like Joe Biden to rob us blind, and erode our rights.
Perhaps we should save our money, throw out our weed, and get to improving our lives, instead of wasting them?
