What’s Happening:
Democrats often roll their eyes when conservatives say they are eroding our way of life.
But you don’t have to look far to see that, wherever Democrats get too much power, our values go out the window.
And now, one New York judge is taking an unprecedented step to redefine our most sacred vows.
From Not the Bee:
And yet, a New York judge has just ruled in favor of a polyamorous relationship in regards to rent control, using Obergefell as precedent, and even amazingly citing Judge Roberts’s dissent as part of his rationale…
In the end, the judge ruled in favor of the throuple (no, I’m not making that word up).
A judge granted two men a request to keep their rent low after a third man died.
The three men were in a “relationship” together and that was their basis for keeping the rent the same.
The left-wing judge granted their request, citing Obergefell v Hodges, the Supreme Court case that legalized same-sex marriage.
This ruling could be used as a precedent in future cases, that will force our society to accept polyamorous relationships.
Hey, call me crazy, but isn’t that illegal? In fact, when folks historically tried to have more than one partner at a time–they were met with fierce backlash.
But if this is allowed, what isn’t? We’d owe everyone in Utah an apology (you know what I mean)!
It doesn’t seem that this judge has any moral boundaries. And that is consistent with Democrats, who place “rights” and “social justice” above basic right and wrong.
This case was brought before the court all so that these men can save a few dollars on rent. But, in doing so, it opened the door to chaos.
Don’t be surprised if a firestorm erupts from this case.
Key Takeaways:
- A New York judge ruled in favor of a threesome suing for lower rent.
- The judge referenced Obergefell v Hodges, which legalized gay marriage.
