Those who have final deportation orders but lack criminal convictions or charges will not be arrested, they said.

People who have been ordered deported by a federal judge, through the legal process conservatives have spent decades championing, are now getting a mysterious pass. Agents who encounter additional illegal immigrants standing shoulder-to-shoulder with a criminal target? They have to look the other way. Collateral arrests are done.

“We’ll see the arrest numbers go down,” one ICE source told The Daily Wire. Yeah, no kidding.

So here’s the uncomfortable question: did seventy-four million Americans vote for selective enforcement?
