2028 Democrats Caught Coaching Illegals to Break the Law and Defy ICE

Something fundamental has broken inside the Democrat Party. We’re not talking about policy disagreements or dueling press conferences. We’re talking about elected officials — people who swore an oath to uphold the law — actively distributing instructional materials on how to dodge federal agents. Disagree with immigration enforcement all you want. But building resistance toolkits for people here illegally? That’s a different animal entirely.

And this isn’t some abstract debate playing out in faculty lounges. When politicians greenlight defiance of law enforcement, real people face real danger. Officers get rammed by vehicles. Immigrants die fleeing on foot across highways. The situation on the ground has turned genuinely deadly — and a handful of very ambitious Democrats bear a share of the blame.

From Fox News:

Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin is putting prominent Democrats, including potential presidential contenders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and California Gov. Gavin Newsom, on blast for hosting webinars and sharing resources on how illegal immigrants can “defy” ICE.

Mullins’ comments come after President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday morning that ICE would resume making vehicle stops after a one-day pause following two officer-involved shootings in Maine and Texas. DHS had sent agents nationwide a notice the day before, instructing them to cease vehicle stops until further notice.

So there it is. The DHS Secretary went on the record, naming names. Mullin called out AOC, Newsom, Rep. Dan Goldman, and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass — each one distributing materials specifically designed to help illegal aliens evade arrest. Not hypothetically. Not through innuendo. Through webinars, tip sheets, and taxpayer-funded portals.

Resistance tutorials, courtesy of your congresswoman

AOC’s office hosted a “Know Your Rights With ICE” webinar right on her official Facebook page. The session walked migrants through how to handle ICE encounters at their homes and workplaces. She followed up by uploading tip sheets to Instagram — in English and Spanish — and urged her followers to print them out, tape them to their doors, and plaster them around their workplaces.

Her messaging was remarkably bold. “Our strategic advantage in this moment is our strength in numbers,” she wrote. “They cannot come after us all.” Pause on that. A sitting United States congresswoman telling people who are in this country illegally that sheer volume of resistance will overwhelm federal enforcement. That’s not rights education. That’s a playbook for organized defiance.

Fifty million taxpayer dollars at work

Meanwhile, out in California, Governor Newsom assembled an even more elaborate operation. He signed a $50 million package — that’s taxpayer money, by the way — funding immigrant legal defense and bankrolling lawsuits against the Trump administration. His office published “Know Your Rights” materials in fifteen languages, complete with instructions on how to spot ICE agents and respond to arrests. He even launched an online portal where people can report federal officers.

When Mullin called him out, Newsom’s spokesperson fired back with a gem: “There is nothing more American than making sure everyone is aware of their rights.” Stirring words from an administration spending fifty million dollars to obstruct the federal government. Patriotism is funny that way in Sacramento.

The human cost they won’t mention

Here’s what none of these politicians will tell you between webinars and Instagram posts: their resistance campaign is getting people killed. Mullin reported a staggering 1,300 percent increase in vehicle attacks against ICE officers. In Biddeford, Maine, a 25-year-old Colombian national was fatally shot during a vehicle stop gone wrong. In Houston, a Mexican national rammed an ICE vehicle and was killed when an agent fired in self-defense. In St. Augustine, Florida, a man fleeing an ICE encounter sprinted across a busy highway and was struck dead by a tractor-trailer.

Three deaths in days. Every single one involved someone choosing to resist rather than comply — precisely the behavior these Democrats are championing.

President Trump moved decisively, reversing a brief pause on vehicle stops and making his position unmistakable: “We CANNOT give up one of ICE’s most important and effective Crime fighting tools, THE TRAFFIC STOP!” Mullin’s message to those here illegally was blunter still: “LEAVE NOW.”

Remember these names in 2028

Both Ocasio-Cortez and Newsom are widely expected to chase the presidency in 2028. American voters deserve to understand exactly what brand of leadership they’re selling. Not solutions. Not serious reform. Taxpayer-funded instruction manuals for breaking federal law, distributed from the safety of corner offices while ICE officers dodge speeding cars and immigrants die on roadsides.

That’s not compassion. It’s reckless ambition dressed up as righteousness — and the bill keeps landing on everyone else.

Key Takeaways

  • Newsom funneled $50 million in taxpayer dollars toward obstructing federal immigration enforcement.
  • Vehicle attacks on ICE officers have surged 1,300 percent amid Democratic resistance campaigns.
  • Trump swiftly reversed a brief ICE pause and ordered full resumption of enforcement operations.
