Federal Court Ruling Rocks Washington – 11 States Paralyze Biden’s 2024 Golden Ticket

Winning a court case is like finding Willy Wonka’s Golden Ticket—rare and full of surprises. And it looks like Biden and the American people just got a big surprise.

Many, many Americans have commented on what can only be called Biden’s failed presidency. Nothing Joe set out to do in this term seems to have worked. He wanted to force Americans to buy EVs, but they are sticking with gas cars.

Biden tried to help the economy after COVID-19, but instead, we have raging inflation. He wanted to “defeat” Russia; now we have an endless war in Europe.

Trivia Question: Which treaty officially ended the American Revolutionary War and recognized the independence of the United States? (Answer at the end of the article)

It seems his only means of saving his presidency is by bribing voters. Just before the 2022 midterms, he issued what the Supreme Court called an unconstitutional order. Despite that brutal takedown, Biden tried to push it again earlier this year, finding a loophole. Eleven states sued, and now federal judges are issuing a biting rebuke to old Joe.

From The Blaze:
Two judges sided against the student loan forgiveness plan pushed by President Joe Biden based on a challenge from Republican-led states on Monday.

Biden promised during his 2020 campaign to transfer student loan debt from those who borrowed money to all taxpayers, but eleven states filed a lawsuit accusing Biden of usurping the power of Congress.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree in Wichita, Kansas, blocked parts of the plan moments before U.S. District Judge John Ross in St. Louis, Missouri, issued a preliminary injunction against the plan. Biden’s plot was scheduled to go into effect on July 1.

Not one, but two federal judges shut down Biden’s student loan scheme. The Supreme Court shut down Biden’s previous program, stating that only Congress has the authority to authorize such a move. Biden’s original scheme would have cost taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars.

The desperate president tried to find a loophole, issuing another order to help certain loaners under specific circumstances. But it seemed he wanted to expand that loophole and bribe as many voters as possible.

But it was still an attempt to spend billions of dollars without Congress’s approval. That is a violation of the Constitution, according to the Supreme Court. So, lower courts were able to shut down Biden’s latest scheme.

Without this move, Biden won’t be able to win back many young voters. They turned on him over the Israel-Hamas war. His only chance to get them back appeared to involve canceling their student loans, at the cost of the taxpayer.

Key Takeaways:

  • Two federal judges blocked Biden’s latest student loan forgiveness scheme.
  • The Supreme Court had previously ruled his attempts at canceling student loans unconstitutional.
  • Critics accuse Biden of trying to buy voters by bribing college students.
